Why a Deposit is Required
At Prana Studio, a deposit is required to secure all appointments. When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability for other clients. The deposit protects that reserved time and ensures commitment on both ends.
Why the Deposit is Non-Refundable
Deposits are non-refundable because last-minute cancellations or missed appointments result in lost time that cannot always be rebooked. The deposit helps cover that reserved time and supports the sustainability of the studio.
However, with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit remains as studio credit and can be applied toward a future service or product.
